Huichols Must Take Advantage of Their Own Forest Resources

After years of struggle by Wixarika community members, and with the ongoing support of Juan Negrín as an advisor and activist, in 1994 a decision was made that the resources of the forests located in Wixarika territory can only be exploited by them and with their consent.
