Our dedicated page to traditional art will highlight items made by the Wixarika people for their internal use within their communities and homes. Examples to be shown include embroidery, weaving, basketry, chairs, drums, musical instruments, bows and arrows, water gourds, and pottery. None of the examples shown in this section are made for commercial purposes but are used in everyday and ceremonial settings.
